Please be advised it is your responsibility to contact your medical aid to obtain this number. For your convenience a authorisations desk has been set up at the Admissions department. The purpose of this service is to assist you with the pre-authorisation process on the day of your admission.
Please note that certain medical aids require a levy for hospitalisation and medications. It is also important to note that certain medical aids do not pay for take-home medication (TTOs).
